RUN END TO END
Cityflow operates the fleet end to end: maintenance, repairs, insurance, GPS and support for the people who ride are on us. You bring the space and, at most, your team plugs them in; if one breaks down, we fix it and no invoice reaches you.
Servicing and repairs are on us. You never get an invoice for a breakdown.
Each bike charges by itself as soon as it's parked in its dock. Always ready for the next rider, no cables or batteries to remove, and lined up at the entrance showing off your brand.
At extra cost. Without stations, a power socket near where they're parked is enough.
Every bike is insured. You don't take it out and you don't manage it.
Every bike has GPS. We know where it is.
If a rider has a problem, they message us. In their own language.
